Avocado Salad | Two Versions

Avocado is a high Prana food!

Local and seasonal fruits are an easy go-to option to keep the body imbued with this positive energy. So find your comfort recipe and get going with it.⁠ One serving contains 149kcal, with 6g carbs, 2g protein and 15g good fat only.


Prep: 8 mins | Total: 10 mins | Yield: Makes 2 snack portions

Version – 1 Ingredients

  • 65 gm well ripe avocado

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Cut the avocado into pieces

  • Step 2: Add Salt, lime juice, Italian seasoning and olive oil

  • Step 3: Mix well. Enjoy!

Version – 2 Ingredients

  • 65 gm well ripe avocado

  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon grounded black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Cut the avocado into pieces

  • Step 2: Add onion, black pepper, apple cider vinegar and salt

  • Step 3: Mix well. Enjoy!
